It’s alright for the price but don’t expect miracles.

I bought this about a month ago and it does work. I’ve had 4 children, all vaginal births, and the last one weighed 9lbs 3oz. This cream tightens just enough to give me some sensations but it’s no where near being as tight as I was before giving birth. My husband doesn’t really notice a difference except that things are a bit moist–but there is still considerable grip. Overall I am happy with the product. I honestly think that the cream is enhancing my own pleasure more than my husbands. Since there are no instructions on how much is enough I’ve been using a fingertips worth and it does the job nicely. The tube is teeny so you may go through it faster/slower depending on how active you are. This is cheap enough to try and not feel badly if it doesn’t work out. I’ll be buying another tube soon.

thought it sounded to good to be true

I am not even that untight and i barly saw results. The taste is gross and the smells.l it leaves a grainy feeling when applied and i noticed that i felt sick in my stomach after applying.

I use this product with my diaphragm regularly. It is a great alternative to getting an IUD inserted. You must make sure your diaphragm fits appropriately and reapply jelly with each encounter and leave diaphragm in place 6hours after intercourse, It is the best decision I have made with regard to birth control- no hormones, no long term effects, and lubricant, which we use anyway.

Though this is the so called correct belt….

I am a janitor, this belt though the book says it is right for it, is too tight as other reviewer said. I use a slightly bigger belt.hoover 38528-008 or unknown brand but number is 5287 3100603 GR …. if you force the smaller belt sold here, it will break sooner and not work better. I learned through trial and error! This is NOT this company’s fault at all, a manufacturing mistake I think. I do hours vacuuming at work, and these other belts work fine on this machine.

first, get the small children out of the room

And then prepare to use your bowling words whilst attempting to install this belt. Installing this belt on a windtunnel upright vacuum is akin to forcing a 500-pound woman into a size two girdle. It can be done but it’s going to take of effort and there’s going to be some pain involved.

Plus, there’s the richocet effect. Heaven forbid if the new belt pops free while you’re desperately trying to complete the installation, the force with which the rubber belt recoils could shatter glass, puncture plaster walls and/or shoot out someone’s eye.

I rated the belt at five stars, but I wish I could vote on the design (which is poor). It takes a few tools, lots of forearm muscles and the patience of Job to get this belt into place. And buying two at one time isn’t a bad idea, if you have the organizational skills to remember where you stored that extra belt, 18 months from now when you need it.

Our vacuum went through a belt about once every two years. If you’re not thoughtful and careful with the machine, you’ll burn through many more belts than that. The belt is the sacrificial lamb in the whole affair and the belt will burn up before the motor.

Almost didn’t buy this

For me why buy a scale if its not accurate, right. Some of these reviews really pan accuracy. However I bought it and took ten readings. All ten readings where within a tenth of a pound. ~;-)

I have two suggestions for those having a problem, one has been mentioned, I dont know about the other.

1. Place the scale on a flat tile or wooden floor, no mat or rug.

2. Pace your toes on the same spot each time. Slipping your foot back or forward produces different results.

Beware of side effects

First of all, this product delivered the wood. Forty-five minutes after taking two pills I had a raging HO. The Missus could swing with both hands from the member (slight exaggeration). These effects lasted for 24 hours. But I will never use the product again because of the side effects. I felt flush and had headaches. The headaches were quite large and lasted a month (30 days plus). Also the pills caused a spike in my blood pressure. Because of the the blood prssure problem I had to get on a temporary prescription. If you want to try this product do some research, consult a doctor, and beware of the potential side effects.

Works but with a headache

These pills work for me but I have to be careful about headaches. Drink lots of water if you take these! Other than the headaches if I don’t stay hydrated these pills are pretty darn good! Pretty much a woody on demand!

Best Shampoo Ever

Expensive, but worth a try.

I have very long, straight, fairly thick hair. It’s naturally light brown, but I’ve been highlighting it heavily for years, and the ends have recently become extremely dry and difficult to manage. The underneath part that lies against the back of my neck is especially difficult and, after combing, retangles itself within minutes. I was beginning to think I’d have to cut the bottom 6 or 7 inches off and start over, but my colorist (who, by the way, works in a salon that doesn’t carry Kerastase, so I figure she’s being objective) recommended the Kerastase Oleo Relax line. I figured it was worth a shot, even though the combined cost of the retail sized shampoo and conditioner is about $100. My hair definitely appears MUCH smoother, even when air-dried. (However, I’ve noticed that continued use is necessary, because when I use anything else my hair doesn’t look nearly as good.) I leave the conditioner in for 10 to 15 minutes as the label directs; thoroughly combing it through in the meantime seems to give the best results. With both the shampoo and the conditioner, a little product goes a long way (in contrast to cheaper drugstore products), but the conditioner comes in a smaller container and seems to go faster. I’d suggest purchasing 2 conditioners for every 1 shampoo.

My new favorite shampoo

I originally purchased this for my mother, who has very dry, brittle, 35 years of dyeing, hair. It wasn’t “strong” enough for her. I have 40ish hair with highlights, no gray, but coarse. It has softened my hair and makes it lie flat, not frizzy.

Excellent pillow

About ten years ago, a chiropractor tried to get us to buy this pillow. We didnt have much money and thought $45 was excessive. Well 10 years later, I found it for $35, and I wish I had listened to that guy.

I might not have the back trouble I have now. I went to the doctor with nerve pain from a herniated disk, a sore neck and back. He suggested getting the curved cervical pillow. I had tried them before and did not like them. I got one and it made my neck worse. So I got a Chiroflow.

First night, I had too much water in it and was not that impressed. 2nd night, I emptied a bit out, and this was the most comfortable pillow I have ever had!! My neck pain was dramatically reduced. I love this pillow. I actually wake up with less pain than I go to bed with, and dont move around to awkward positions. The pillow contours around your head and neck just right.

Comfortable

A chiropractor had recommended this pillow and I used it for several years before I noticed some black (possibly mold) developing. Had never changed the water or treated it (not sure if I was suppose to). I tried some other pillows before settling back on this one. I don’t have any neck pain or problems sleeping - I just love the pillow. It’s extremly comfortable.

So far so good…

I chose this pillow after reading a number of reviews on various products, so I feel obligated to provide my own feedback and hopefully help someone else. I have a stable fracture in my cervical spine with intermittent muscle pain related to an injury sustained about 8 years ago. I have had limited success in finding a pillow that is comfortable, and when I do find one that alleviates, or at least does not add to, my discomfort, within a year or so, I am in pain once again.

I have only had this pillow 1 month, so I can speak only to the short term, but my usual pain/discomfort has been absent since using this pillow. I had to play with the water level a bit to find the right balance for me, but was able to complete this process quickly. Both filling and emptying the water is a simple process, as is removing the excess air to avoid that annoying “sloshing” sound.

I have nothing negative to say about this product,thus the 5-star rating, but I will try to add to this review in a year or so to comment on the long term comfort. I expect that the ability to adjust the thickness, by adjusting the water level will allow for long term comfort, but time will tell. As of now, I would certainly recommend this product to anyone with chronic neck pain. I had almost forgotten what it felt like to lay down without some form of discomfort, so I am very happy with this product.

I tried it - I’m keeping it!!!

I would surely recommend this. I have suffered from “the winter blahs” for years - about mid-to-late January I lose motivation to do anything but what’s necessary (i.e. - work, laundry, cooking, etc.). I’ve had this Phillips goLite BLU for about 3 weeks and I can tell the difference. I no longer have that exhaustive feeling (like after a good cry) and I’m not so irritable and have found some motivation again. I won’t claim this has fixed my symptoms completely but it has definitely made a difference in how I feel. I bought it knowing I could return it within 30 days. I’m keeping it!!!

A Must Have for Northern Winters

I live in Northeastern Wisconsin where the winter drags on from the beginning of November until April. I happened on a review of the goLITE by accident, and thought it would be a definite help for me. Most winter days I feel like crawling into bed around 4 p.m. and staying there until the next morning.

I found the goLITE very easy to use after reading through the directions once. I have it set as an alarm on the nightstand next to my bed. After I use it in the morning, I bring it downstairs with me and place it on the breakfast bar while my children eat breakfast. Some days I also use it again in the afternoon.

Within about 2 weeks I noticed I was sleeping better and having an easier time getting up in the morning. I also have more energy and accomplish more during the day. Even though the goLITE was expensive, I feel it was well worth the cost for someone who lives in a cold climate.

Where’s the magic?

I’ll cut right to the chase: this product did not do anything for me. My mood was not elevated, I didn’t sleep better, I wasn’t magically more awake after using it for a month. In fact, nothing happened.

That’s not to say that this isn’t a good, or even great, product. It did nothing for ME, so I hesitate to give it a review either way. Of course, it’s also possible that the product is a perfect piece of junk. Really, I have no idea.

However, I can say that the product is well designed and substantial. For the most part (except how, exactly, to turn it on) is pretty intuitive. And for something that looks like a miniature solar panel, it’s decently attractive—with the look of an IKEA lamp (for insomniacs).

I am disappointed that the product did not perform miracles, but products that promise such things rarely (if ever) deliver—the goLITE being no exception.

Works well but name creates confusion

The product works well. It keeps a medium size room humidified during very cold weather. There was much confusion in the reviews that I read before purchasing it about its claim to be a 2-1/2 gallon humidifier. If you read the box, the fine prints says that the 2-1/2 gallon figure refers to its daily OUTPUT not the size of its reservoir, which is a little misleading since that information is not in the product description that you can read before you buy. It does its job well. Just be prepared to refill the reservoir 2-3 times in 24 hours if you run it on high.

Good humidity- poor quality

I had 2 of these. The first one came straight out of the box with a leak in the water reservoir. Exchanged that for another one. The second one lasted maybe a year? I used it only when the family was ill, so maybe 20 times? It completely stopped heating. It lights up, but doesn’t do anything else. I’d stay away from this model.
